Who has inspired you in your life and why?
This question is asked to test your power of motivation with certain things. Interviewer looks how much you could motivate yourself in any typical situation arise during your engagement with a particular project. Tell them if you get inspiration and motivation from any certain objects, certain person or else. If your Mom and Dad are directly related to your inspirational quotient, then tell it clearly. It shows you how much you value your family.
What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?
This question is asked to test your decision making capabilities. If you are asked by your project head to take any certain bit of decision to swing the mood of the team members engaged with the particular project, then what you could do? This question is to test that mental sharpness, maturity to move the team as well as the project forward. So, just express your strong presence and prove that you are that character the company is looking to hire.
Have you considered starting your own business?
This is the question asked to test your thinking abilities, capacity to learn things, decision making abilities, if you are hard working or not, could you do smarter work or not and finally this tests your attitude in front of a big challenging environment. There is no certain answer to this type of question. If asked to 100 candidates, there will be at-least 70 different answers. The metric depends upon person to person and the interviewer only ask this question to know your answer. How better you could define it. So, only give stress to the smart result and the satisfaction to successfully handle a challenge. This will be the ideal answer to satisfy the need of the panel members.
If you won $10 million lottery, would you still work?
Most of the candidates deny to answer this question with absolute honesty. Don’t do the mistake. Tell them why you are actually working for. Winning such a big amount is an absolute jam and it takes an absolute luck to get that lump-some amount. If you are working for money then tell them.
Tell me something about our company.
Interviewer asks this question to test how well you have done your home-work before coming for the final round of the interview. It tests your seriousness, your curiosity, your research-work you have done in advancement of interview. Better you have researched about the company, more your chance to crack the interview by impressing the interviewer.
How much salary do you expect?
As a fresher, don’t do the bargain. Just assertively tell them that you will be happy with the industry standard salary structure and happy with what the reputed organization would going to offer you. Your answer will please the interviewer and help you to boost your chance of being selected.
Where do you see yourself five years from now?
This question is simply asked to test how much you would prefer to grow and develop your skill-set gradually. Always express your willingness to improve yourself with the slightest opportunity you get during your involvement with a certain project. More you show tenacity to grow yourself, better will be chance of your selection.

Don’t try to impress the interviewer by giving 10 out of 10. Be justified to answer such type of a critical question. Interviewer asks this question to test you if you stress your talent or just stress on other matters to cheaply impress your boss to snatch undue advantages.

Ask whatever you want to know about your job responsibilities, your work schedule, company infrastructure, specific information about the projects etc. Always avoid asking arrogant questions.
